What is energy?
Energy is the ability to work, all things need energy to move and energy can be stored. For example a car uses petrol energy or gasoline energy and it stores it in the fuel tank, Or a light bulb it uses energy in the form of electrical energy. Fire also produces energy in the form of heat energy. When you push, pull, or lift something you use muscle energy and store it in the form of FOOD. And lets talk about the sun what we usually see every single day, it produces solar energy and if you install a solar panel to a electrical appliance it will turn solar energy into electrical energy powering the appliance. Dams or water wheels produce hydro energy or water energy and Fans or windmills produce wind energy with the power of the wind the stronger the wind the more energy it produces or in the case of hydro energy the stronger the water current the more energy it produces.
